"Easy return, refund took a little while"
I ordered a dress from milly.com, and when it showed up, it just wasn’t quite doing what I needed it to do. Nothing wrong with it exactly, but the fit wasn’t right for me, so back it went.
The return itself was easy enough. I was able to get the label without having to contact customer service, which is always a small relief. I’ve definitely had more annoying return experiences elsewhere.
The refund did take a bit longer than I was expecting, though. Not so long that I was worried, but long enough that I checked on it more than once. Overall, it was fine, just not the quickest

I just assumed my regular size would fit and luckily it did. It went on really nicely with no awkward gaps or spots that felt too tight.

I still remember checking the tracking almost every day and feeling more annoyed each time nothing changed. It took nearly three weeks to arrive, which was way longer than I expected. By the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated and over it. I don’t think I’d order again after that experience.
"Not really my style"
I just wasn’t into the look of the site or the clothes. Everything felt a little too busy for me, and a lot of the designs seemed kind of dated. I had a hard time finding anything that felt simple or actually wearable. whoever runs this could probably make the whole thing feel a bit more modern and easier to shop.

I tried to exchange my order for the right size, but the whole process dragged on way longer than it should have. After all that waiting, they still sent me the wrong size again. it made me a lot less confident about ordering from them in the future.

I was disappointed because the color looked totally different from what I thought I was getting. It was way off, and not really close to the pictures.

I did end up liking the dress, so I’m not totally upset about the order, but the return info on milly.com was more confusing than I expected. I had to poke around a few pages and still wasn’t completely sure what could be returned or whether I’d get charged a fee.
Customer service eventually answered my question, which I appreciate, but by that point I was already a little frustrated. For the price point, I feel like the return policy should be easier to find and written in a more straightforward way. I’d probably shop there again, just a bit more cautiously.

I emailed them about my order and did get a reply, but it didn’t actually answer what I was asking. I had to follow up again and then wait even longer. They were nice enough, but the response felt generic, like they just copied and pasted a basic message instead of actually checking my issue.

The dress looked really cute on, but it was literally so uncomfortable after wearing it for a bit. The fabric felt kind of stiff, and the waist started digging in after about an hour. I expected it to feel better for the price. Returning it was easy enough, but I wouldn’t wear it again.

I’ve been browsing milly.com because some of the dresses are really cute, but the sale section still felt kind of discouraging. I thought I’d finally find a decent deal, but even with the discounts, a lot of the prices were still higher than I expected. And with so many items being final sale, it feels like I’d be the one stuck if something didn’t fit or look right in person. I was hoping older styles would be marked down more, but it just didn’t feel like much of a break. The site isn’t terrible, but for me, the value wasn’t really there

I just ordered a dress from MILLY recently, i’m still feeling happy about it. For the price, it was better than I expected, the dress looked really close to the photos and the material felt nicer than I thought it would. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it also wasn’t a big deal. Since this order turned out well, I’d definitely consider buying again, especially if I catch something on sale

"Cute dress, but it didn’t hold up 😕"
I ordered a dress from milly.com and felt let down. I only wore it twice before the stitching by the zipper started coming loose, and the fabric already had little pulls all over it. For what it cost, I really expected better quality. Super disappointing 😬 I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

I liked the clothes and found a few nice pieces, but in my experience the extra costs weren’t obvious until later in the checkout process. It would’ve been much better if everything was shown clearly from the start

"Everything in my order was right, just a little slow to ship"
I ordered a dress and was just hoping it would show up looking like what I picked out online, and thankfully it did. The dress was the exact one I ordered, the size was right, and the color matched the pictures on the site well, which is always a relief when buying clothes online. It did take a little longer to ship than I was expecting, so I was checking the tracking a bit, but once it arrived everything about the actual order was correct. No mix-ups, no wrong size, no weird color difference, so overall I’m happy with it

They had some really cute stuff, but of course the one thing I wanted was sold out in my size again. I’m probably only remembering the times this happens to me, but it definitely feels like my size is never there when I find something I like.

I ordered a dress from milly.com i’m annoyed. The fabric felt cheap the second I took it out of the package, and the stitching was sloppy in a few spots. Then, after wearing it once, one of the seams started coming loose. For what they charge, that’s just ridiculous. I expected way better...

I actually liked the clothes and probably would’ve been happy with the order, but the shipping cost just felt way too high. I get that shipping isn’t free for companies, but compared to other sites, it made the total price feel not really worth it for me. I don’t think I’d order again unless the shipping was cheaper.

Ordered from milly.com and the tracking emails were actually really helpful. Knew when it shipped, when it was out for delivery, and didn’t feel like I had to keep checking or guessing what was going on.
Package showed up on the day they said it would. Simple experience overall, but that’s exactly what I wanted.
